He showed up the next morning after a terrible hail storm and took care of some patches for us just before another storm came in. Chance made the process of getting a new roof and gutters seamless. We've never been in this situation before so it was nice to have someone to deal with that had years of experience. We are very pleased with our new class 4 shingles and half round gutters!

Never pressured me into upgrades or additional work. They made a stressful process easy. Once insurance totaled my roof, they scheduled my repair for a week later. Their team took great care in placing tarps and plywood around my home to make sure there would be no damage when they were removing and installing the new roof. They completed replacing my roof in one day. Their team also did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. Everyone at Prosper was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated well. They really took care of our family and our home. I couldn't recommend them enough!
